BOOKING INFORMATION

Large open plan apartment with seafront breakfast balcony available from April to October for up to 4 guest staying from £119 per night.

Part week bookings from 3 or 4 nights are available, high season July & August from 7 nights.

Book your summer get away with a simple deposit and our free cancellation protection that will secure a positive holiday fixture to look forward to.

Our holiday apartment will be available from 2.00pm on the first day and we’ll meet you with keys and help to settle in for your stay.

On departure we ask that you leave the apartment as you found it on arrival, clean and tidy with any breakages reported or replaced.

Departure must be by 10.00am on the last day of your stay so the apartment may be prepared for our next guest.

Adjacent apartments are in full time residential occupation as a result no all male / female parties – families and couples only (must be over 25 years old).

What a great place to stay. Everything you can wish for and more. Lovely apartment . People watchers will delight with a superb balcony view offering everything Poole Quay as to offer. We were lucky to have the motorcycles on Wednesday, Fireworks on Thursday and supercars on Friday it certainly rounded off a great week. You will definitely want to return. We did not want to leave. Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are outstanding with so much going on around the quay and with lots of places to eat just a short walk away. What a find!! Just came back from a wonderful weeks stay with my husband and two teenage daughters. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and very spacious for a family of four to stay. The view from the lounge window is simple stunning, looking over the harbour and brown sea island. There is lots of places to eat and great pubs a foot step away on the harbour. The added advantage of the under neath parking is a definite plus too!! On Thursday evening Poole harbour put on a brilliant firework display and we can the best view from our balcony. Fantastic find! Apartment very spacious with quality furnishings and everything supplied. Balcony overlooking harbour, watch the boats coming and going. People watch for hours. Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well equipped and having its own parking is fantastic. The location is superb with plenty of things to look at from the balcony, or enjoying a stroll along the harbour front, and has endless eating options a stones throw from the front door, including a great Wetherspoons all day breakfast! A fantastic place which was a great base for exploring Dorset. Communication with Phillip throughout was second to none. The apartment was just what we were looking for in terms size and location, it was spacious and the views from the balcony was superb, great for people watching and watching the comings and goings in the harbour! The photos are amazing but in reality they still don’t do the apartment justice! If you love relaxing in the middle of everything then this place is for you. Stare across the bay as far as Sandbanks and Brownsea Island and follow the flow of passing boats, watch the working ship yard go about their business or simply people watch from the best vantage point in Poole. Close the patio doors and the hustle and bustle stays outside and you are greeted with the calmness of a beautiful apartment. The secure parking and lift making the arrival a piece of cake. Phil and his team were fab and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

This apartment is spacious, very clean with fantastic views across the harbour. If the weather is poor there is plenty to keep you entertained just looking out of the window! Our stay at this beautiful apartment was wonderful! Phil had thought of everything that we might need and had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it was all clean and ready for our arrival. The communication was good and we were met in a timely manner by Phil’s associate with the keys and security fobs. The private parking was an added bonus and there was a lift to the apartment (which was very helpful with all our bags!). There is always something going on in the harbour, which you can watch quite comfortably from the private balcony. If it all gets a little too noisy, you just close the patio doors and it’s instantly sound-proofed – Perfect! Overall, the location, the apartment, the communication and the value for money is fabulous and we would not hesitate in recommending it to our friends and family. Maria Aug 2021

My wife and I had a great time in this 2nd floor apartment which is in a fantastic position right on the quay in Poole Harbour with great views of the waterside all set out below. The standards of hygiene and cleanliness were very high and the towels and bed linen were high quality hotel standard. We would highly recommend a stay here and with so many beautiful beaches and places to visit it is an ideal base with plenty of transport options close by too.
